Universal Tribe Records
Bookings & Label Showcases
Let's Raise Some Dust
Universal Tribe Records welcomes collaboration with promoters of all sizes, from club nights to major festivals. We'd love to bring a lineup of UTR artists to your next event as part of a label showcase.
What Is a UTR Showcase?
Any event booking three or more artists from our official roster, arranged directly through us, qualifies as a label showcase. Showcases receive additional support beyond a standard individual booking, outlined below.
Showcases usually see the lineup performing together in a continuous B2B block, across a select day or night of the event or festival.
How It Works
UTR acts as a single point of contact for the promoter, liaising with each artist so bookings, logistics, and communication stay streamlined. We handle:
• Coordinating and confirming all artist bookings
• Supplying press kits for each artist
• Providing UTR branding and logos for your promotional materials
• Cross-promotion: leveraging UTR's platform to reach a global audience, we'll share collaborator posts and run a series of our own posts promoting the event and ticket sales
• A professional, organised booking process from offer through to show day
All bookings, whether individual or as part of a showcase, are managed under our standard performance agreement.
We're also glad to discuss filming or working alongside your media team to capture the event, giving both parties content to share once the dust has settled.
Our Artists
We're selective in who we sign. Building the best roster by teaming up with artists based on a range of factors, we believe in every artist on board to represent UTR, each bringing their own unique sound to the label.
Every artist on the UTR roster has met a consistent standard before being signed: a professional level of production and live performance, at least one EP released through the label, and a complete press kit. This means any artist you book through us is ready to deliver a quality, professional performance.
