Medjula has found a sound that reflects his origins, distilled from past experiences and transformed into driving progressive grooves underlined by a sense of trepidation. Ideas emerge as synthesized soundscapes, inviting listeners into immersive frequency journeys.
On Universal Tribe Records, Medjula's debut full-length release, Sensorial, arrived on 19 November 2022.
This project includes four profound tracks, "Exude" (with Ambler), "Pullulate" (with Zazen), "Falling Awake," and "Depth Control", that explore the interplay between neural oscillations and altered perception. Medjula also contributed to the label’s VA series with his track “Silica” featured on From the Swamp 3 VA compilation series. Additionally, he delivered a dynamic remix of "Bullshark" (originally by Ambler), featured on Born Instinct 2 back in 2020 which has been one of the biggest hits to date.
With a body of work spanning multiple VA contributions, remixes, and a full solo EP, Medjula remains a distinctive and evolving presence in the UTR roster. His music continues to bridge progressive propulsion and mindful atmosphere, guiding listeners through sonic pathways rooted in emotion and memory.
